ALL STUDENTS & STAFF: On Saturday, Nov. 22nd, the Idaho
National Guard Alpha Company 116th BSTB along with their families, city
employees and community members will be spending part of the day cleaning up the
streets and alleyways of Homedale. This event has been planned by Charles
Garrison and our area Family Readiness Group as a way for the Guard to give back
to our community, who has supported them during their service. You are all
invited to join them in their cleanup efforts, as many of the streets and alleys
surrounding our businesses and residences will be getting some TLC on Saturday.
We will be meeting at City Hall at 10:00 am and will disburse from there.

ALL STUDENTS: Winter Formal Dance will be held Dec. 6th from
9:00 - midnight. Admission is $7.00/single; $10.00/couple. If you plan to bring an out-of-town guest to the dance,
you must sign them up (in the high school office) by noon on Dec. 3rd.

lunch without a staff member supervising. Also, please remember to eat
your lunches in the cafeteria, on the "red & white tiles", or
outside. Most important - clean up after yourselves! The annex building
and upstairs, as well as the stairwell, are are off
limits to students during lunch without special permission and supervision by a
staff member. NO sunflower seeds in any campus buildings! (thru 11/25)
ALL STUDENTS: It has been reported that trash is being left
at the City Park and at the Catholic Church behind the High School. You need to
start picking up after yourselves or the park and such will be closed. (thru

SENIORS: A 1,000 dollar Burger King Scholarship is available
for students who work an average of 15 hours per week. Must have at least a 2.5

SENIORS: The State of Idaho sponsors
several scholarships and has an on-line
scholarship application process. The application deadline is January
15, 2009. The
application process takes about 30 minutes, and students can apply on-line from

9TH GRADERS: You will be taking the DWA (Direct
Writing Assessment) on Dec. 2nd. Be prepared for writing by getting a good
