TA and INC SCORES

Please note: before exporting, every student must have a score.

Also, as you review your students’ grades just before exporting, you may notice an individual grade you’d like to change (over ride). For example, you may want the grade to be INC instead of the letter grade, or you may need to add/change your TA’s score to a P.

To change a score on the EndTerm Spreadsheet:

1. Click on the grade to change

2. Type the change

3. The pop up will say that you will break the automatic update; OK

4. The grade color will change from blue to black indicating the scores are no longer linked to the Numeric spreadsheet.

This will not affect the export. It will save you having to change the grade on the verification sheet as well as save the office staff from having to look up the student in question and change the score by hand.
